Jimmy Roussel
Jimmy is a native New Orleanian. A 1988 graduate of Dartmouth College, Jimmy has worked for the past 30 years in a variety of startup environments, taking many of the companies from idea to revenue. He has invested in over 40 startup companies as a Seed investor and has assisted many of them through follow on funding to exit. Jimmy has extensive networks across the country in the fundraising realm, from regional angel groups to West Coast VC's.
As an operator, Jimmy has experience in all aspects of the startup arena from raising money, to building teams, to setting up sales and marketing plans, and product development. His past experience includes being Marketing Manager for Intralox, CEO of ProTier, Entrepreneur in Residence for the Idea Village, and CEO of the New Orleans Startup Fund. Jimmy sits on the Board of a variety of companies including IDScan.net, Spectrum Interactive, GenoFab, and Pet Krewe.
Matt is a high energy, global operations executive based in NYC with demonstrated value creation skills with public and private companies. As an investment banker, he successfully transformed companies in Finance, Technology, Consumer, and Energy.
As an operator, Matt was CEO and founder of Merrimac Asscociates (acquired), CEO and founder of Merrimac Interactive (acquired by a publicly traded NASDAQ company), Co-CEO of Richardson (acquired), CEO of Shop24 Global and an advisor to several investment groups under Luminary Capital.
An adept communicator and analytical thinker with a proven ability to develop and supervise cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, Matt has typically invested in the companies he works with.
Matt graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy with a BS in Systems Engineering and a Nuclear Engineering Minor.
